Join Our Summer 2026 Graduate Internship as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser
This is a paid, six-month internship that offers the potential to secure a permanent role as a fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser within the firm.

The 6-month internship programme includes:
- Studying and completing your Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMap) exams. There are 3 exams (CeMap 1, 2 & 3) to complete to qualify as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. All exams are fully funded by Jubilee Finance.
- Developing a strong understanding of the end-to-end mortgage advisory process by supporting a diverse range of client cases, including Residential, Buy-to-Let, Expat, Foreign National, Bridging, Development, Refurbishment, Commercial, and Second Charge mortgages. Gaining exposure to complex ownership structures such as Limited Companies, Trading Companies, and Layered Company setups. You will assist in advising clients across purchase, remortgage, and portfolio incorporation scenarios.
- Gaining practical experience in assessing and advising clients on their protection needs and insurance portfolios, helping to ensure their financial security in the face of personal or business-related risks.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the administrative processes ensuring each client’s experience with Jubilee Finance is efficient, accurate, and seamless.
- Participating in client and stakeholder meetings and events to expand your professional network alongside Jubilee Finance’s. Representing the firm professionally and confidently, contributing to the delivery of our award-winning client service and supporting overall business growth.
- Engaging with Business Development Managers from a variety of banks and building societies to explore the mortgage market, lender propositions, and business opportunities. As a Directly Authorised firm, Jubilee Finance has full access to the entire market rather than a limited panel of lenders. This role offers the opportunity to engage with a wide range of financial institutions throughout your work.
- Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities for the firm by leveraging your interpersonal skills and professional network to generate clients.
Candidates who successfully complete the internship programme will be considered for a permanent position as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser.

- Performance throughout the internship
- Results of the CeMap exams
- The extent of networking and new business generated for the firm
- Feedback from Management and Senior Brokers regarding your contributions and achievements during the programme
- Outcome of the end-of-internship interview
If you successfully secure a permanent position as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, you will progress to obtaining Competent Adviser Status (CAS). This will enable you to manage your own client portfolio independently while building your pipeline and income.
