Managing Director - High net worth, bridging & commercial adviser

With over 15 years of experience within the mortgage market Richard has helped clients along the journey from first time buyer through to successful portfolio landlords. Richard enjoys helping first time buyers get on the housing ladder as much helping people afford their forever home or generate an income through buy to let properties. Weekends and time off see Richard enjoying time with the family and dogs either at home or on the Norfolk Broads.

Ross Le Maire

Mortgage & Protection Adviser - Complex case specialist

Ross joined Jubilee Finance in October 2017, having previously worked in roles with a focus on investments and pensions and latterly mortgages and financial protection. Ross has exceptional knowledge within the protection market and is the “go to guy” in the office with complex cases. Ross enjoys spending time with his young family, he has a passion for watches and exploring the local pubs of Suffolk.

Martin Allen

Mortgage & Protection Adviser - Buy-to-let & Ex Pat specialist

Martin joined the team in 2020 as a mortgage and protection adviser after ten years of being a Jubilee Finance portfolio landlord client. He has quickly gained the knowledge of how it works from the other side and has found a niche for the unusual cases and enjoys the challenge of supporting these clients across the line. Martin enjoys cycling, cricket and is the resident office wine expert!

David Graham

Mortgage & Protection Adviser - Residential specialist

David is an all-rounder, he throws himself into all aspects of the business with enthusiasm and loves getting positive results for the those he’s working with. He formerly ran a sports massage clinic so he thrives on working with all types of people and enjoys interacting with clients in order to help them achieve their goals. Outside of work David enjoys watching rugby and spending time socialising with his wife.

Rebecca Richards

Compliance Manager

Rebecca has worked in the Financial Services industry since 2005, she worked for Santander for 11 years moving through the ranks to Regional Operations Manager covering compliance, service and training of over 20 branches and management teams. This extensive and varied experience informs Rebecca’s current role at Jubilee Finance. Rebecca enjoys running and spending time with her two lovely boys.

Helen Bromby

Case Manager

Helen came to the Jubilee Finance team in October 2018, her background is in security, and she worked for The National Gallery in London for just short of 20 years, dealing with the management and administration of over 300 employees. Helen originates from West Yorkshire and you will instantly be able to recognise her dulcet tones on the telephone as they often say ‘You can take t’lass out of Yorkshire but you can’t take Yorkshire out of t’lass’! Helen enjoys films, food and gin, usually all at the same time!
