Richard Belham

Managing Director - High net worth, bridging & commercial adviser

With over 15 years’ experience in the mortgage market, Richard has supported clients at every stage of their property journey, from first-time buyers to successful portfolio landlords. He takes particular pride in helping first-time buyers get onto the property ladder, as well as supporting clients in securing their forever homes or generating income through buy-to-let properties. Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his family and dogs, either at home or exploring the Norfolk Broads.

Ross Le Maire

Mortgage & Protection Adviser - Complex case specialist

Ross joined Jubilee Finance in October 2017, bringing with him a strong background in investments, pensions, and later mortgages and financial protection. He has exceptional knowledge of the protection market and is the go-to person in the office for complex cases. Outside of work, Ross enjoys spending time with his young family and has a passion for watches, as well as exploring the local pubs of Suffolk.

David Graham

Mortgage & Protection Adviser - Residential specialist

David is a real all-rounder who brings enthusiasm to every part of the business and takes pride in achieving positive outcomes for the people he works with. He previously ran a sports massage clinic, which helped him develop a strong ability to work with a wide range of clients and build positive relationships. Outside of work, David enjoys watching rugby and spending time socialising with his wife and his rescue Akita, Simba.

Jake Townsend

Trainee Adviser

With over 15 years’ experience in customer-facing roles, Jake has always enjoyed working closely with people and making a positive difference. Before becoming a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, he worked as a funeral arranger, where he developed a real understanding of the importance of care, trust, and support during life’s most important moments. Now, with his CeMAP qualification, Jake brings that same friendly and supportive approach to helping clients find the right mortgage and protection solutions. He prides himself on being approachable, taking the time to explain things clearly, and making the process as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Away from work, Jake is a keen brass bander and is a big fan of Norwich City, so expects some banter being this side of the border!

Helen Bromby

Administration Manager

Helen joined the Jubilee Finance team in October 2018, bringing with her a strong background in security and administration. She previously worked at The National Gallery in London for nearly 20 years, where she was responsible for the management and administration of over 300 employees. Originally from West Yorkshire, Helen’s Yorkshire roots are hard to miss — especially when you hear her unmistakable accent on the phone. Outside of work, she enjoys films, good food, and a gin or two, often all at the same time.

Jo Jennings

Client Engagement

Jo joined the Jubilee Finance team in February 2025. Jo previously worked in the sports industry for 25 years, working in senior commercial and marketing roles for the likes of Red Bull Racing, Manchester United and England Netball. Jo is a local Suffolk girl and has 3 daughters who keep her busy outside of work. When Jo’s not talking about food, she’s eating it and her favourite day is ‘wine’ Wednesday.

Cheyenne Edwards

Trainee Administrator

Cheyenne joined the team in 2026 as a Trainee Administrator and is currently working towards a CeMAP 1 qualification as part of the Financial Services Administration apprenticeship. She enjoys learning on the job and developing her skills within the role. Outside of work, Cheyenne loves travelling and spending time with friends and family, with Lauterbrunnen in Switzerland being a favourite place she has visited.

Jacob Dinnen

Trainee Administrator

Jacob is an apprentice who joined the company this year and is highly motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn. With a background as a lifeguard while completing his A levels, he’s comfortable working in fast-paced environments and understands the importance of teamwork and clear communication. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys football and cars, interests that reflect his competitive mindset, attention to detail, and appreciation for performance.
