Ross and Helen at Jubilee Finance were both extremely supportive and helpful with my re-mortgage. They were always available to provide advice and guidance, indeed when a better deal came up prior to my my changeover they even secured me a better interest rate. They were true to their word that they would keep an eye on rates right up to the last possible date that I could apply for a new deal, and I am extremely grateful. Recommended by a friend, David was amazing explaining everything I needed to know about mortgages (as this was my first one). Always got back to my emails promptly and called me to update me on my process when something had progressed. He was friendly and helpful throughout and always let me know that if I needed anything, even up until moving in, to let him know!
